Founded in 2025 by JR Vanover, Noah Henry, and Luke Wagner, JNL Building Co. was born from a shared vision between three skilled tradesmen raised in the Tiffin and Old Fort areas. After working side by side for another contractor, they saw an opportunity to build something better, 

on their own terms.
